Tri-Professional Real Estate

Tri-Professional started as a partnership in January 1973 with both partners being tax professionals which is a seasonal business, therefore making the rest of the year extremely slow.  There came the idea of what to do to keep busy the majority of the year.  One of the partners was also a licensed Insurance Agent.  Hence the name was born- T for Tax Preparation, R- for Real Estate and I- for Insurance, TRI-Professional.  Subsequently the partners split and under the direction of Beatrice A. Mendes continued with the business and expanded to much larger quarters at 1001 Eastern Ave, Fall River with a large parking lot.  The business expanded to a staff of 20 and has now streamlined to a smaller staff plus some temporary help for better service to our clients. 

 The Tax Preparation section in now headed by Louise Nicoletti, Bea's daughter, who has added payroll and bookkeeping services to the program.
